Paul Liska, a management graduate of the University of Notre Dame, is a member of the board of directors of CNA Financial Corporation, Hunter Fan Company, and Bushnell Company. He has extensive experience as a member of numerous executive boards, having previously been affiliated with the board of directors of Yellow Roadway Corporation Worldwide and Wintrust Financial Corporation, among countless additional appointments. Paul Liska was particularly instrumental to board operations at USF Corporation and Weekly Reader Corporation, serving both companies in the position of executive chairman of the board.

Mr. Liska has drawn on his extensive business leadership experience to help a variety of community groups and not-for-profit organizations. He has spent time on the board of directors at Children’s Memorial Hospital and the Children’s Theatres Company in Minneapolis, as well as on the board of trustees at Edgewood College. He has also supported a number of municipal groups in board roles, including the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
